SMS Terms and Conditions

By opting in to receive text messages from Australian Swim Schools, Inc., doing business as Australian Swim School, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to messages sent from our business telephone numbers and do not replace separate enrollment, payment or program terms that may apply to swim lessons.

SMS Messaging Program

When you provide your mobile number and affirmatively consent, you authorize Australian Swim School to send SMS or MMS messages to that number. Messages may include:

• Responses to customer-service questions and other two-way communications
• Swim lesson reminders, schedule changes, facility closures, instructor substitutions and operational updates
• Enrollment, billing, payment and account notifications
• Program information, promotions, special events and occasional marketing offers when you have agreed to receive them

Consent

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing swim lessons or another service. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number. If your number changes or is reassigned, please notify us promptly.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on enrollment, account activity, customer-service interactions and communication preferences. You may receive multiple messages in a month, particularly during an active inquiry or when schedule or facility updates are necessary.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt Out and Cancellation

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming that your request has been processed. We will not send additional SMS marketing or informational messages unless you opt in again.

Privacy

SMS-related information is handled according to the Privacy Policy above. We do not sell or share mobile information, telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Availability and Liability

SMS delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for charges, errors, delays or undelivered messages caused by a carrier, device, network or third-party service provider.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
